It incorporates custom-designed high-efficiency motors and drive systems with advanced sealing technology, significantly reducing power consumption and operational costs. Screw vacuum pump also operates with low noise levels and simple installation and operation, minimizing its impact on the workplace and environment. Even without a muffler, the unique Xinran spiral rotor design ensures exceptionally quiet and low-vibration operation.

- Screw Rotor
The rotor’s profile provides uniform engagement, excellent sealing, and high pumping efficiency. Rotors undergo G1 grade dynamic balancing tests, resulting in minimal operational vibration.

The exhaust path is shortened to reduce foreign material deposition during manufacturing. The sealed structure prevents lubrication leaks that could otherwise occur due to wear on dynamic seals.
