Our refrigerant air dryer is equipped with superior quality and high efficiency screwed pipes or smooth pipes, which ensures high heat conduction. Meanwhile, the adoption of adverse type heat exchange is more energy efficient and reliable. - Thoroughly vapor-liquid separation
The advanced and filterable vapor-liquid separator, which is inbuilt with an imported filter element, can reach a separation efficiency of over 99%.

Work Procedure of Refrigerant Air Dryer
- Firstly, the compressed air is cooled by pre-cooler (18 or 19) before it flows into the heat accumulator (1), and then, depending on the heat exchange between the air in the heat accumulator and the returning compressed air to further cool the compressed air. Meanwhile, drain out the condensate water.
After that, the compressed air will go into the evaporator (2), and will be cooled once again by interchanging of heat with refrigerant, thus achieving compressed air with required dew point temperature. - After a series of compressed air cooling within the pre-cooler (18 or 19), heat accumulator (1), and evaporator (2), the water vapor in compressed air will coagulate into water mist which will be finally separated from the air by gas-liquid separator (3), thus draining out the liquid water.
- The dried and cooled air comes out from gas-liquid separator (3), and then goes through heat exchanger (1) again. It becomes calefactive while leaving the dryer, which assists in bringing down the relative moisture.
