Features of Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer
1. With stable and consistent outlet pressure and dew point.
a. The reasonably designed cylindrical shell ensures at least 4.8seconds exposure of compressed air to desiccant. Thus the worked compress air can reach the required dew point.
b. Right amount of spare desiccants are provided to make sure the good performance of desiccants in its expected life span.
c. The new type diffuser can make sure the air stream pass the desiccant evenly so as to avoid channeling.
2. Consumption of purge air is lower than 14%.
a. The extraordinary design of machine barrel, with a capacity of 95% heat preservation, ensures the entirely regeneration of air.
b. Dry and regenerate the air through mutual convection, and this heatless desiccant air dryer performs excellently especially when dry the moist air with totally dry adsorbents.
c. The purge air amount can be adjusted according to the running load requirement of air dryers.

Work Principle
1. The heatless desiccant air dryer accomplish drying by adopting the technology of pressure swing adsorption (PSA).
2. As we know, the more water vapor in the air, the smaller the air pressure is. Due to this, the dried air (purge air) will cause the increase of air pressure, and as a result, a portion of purge air will be expanded and decrease to atmospheric pressure. Accordingly, the pressure-decrease makes the air become very dry.
3. Then, the dry air will absorb the moisture from the desiccant and carry moistures out of the air dryer.

Work pressure: 0.6~1.0Mpa
Oil content of intake air: ≤0.1mg/m
Pressure dew point of finished air: -20℃~-40℃
Desiccant: activated aluminium oxide and molecular sieve
Work cycle: T=4~20 min
Intake air temperature: 0℃~45℃
